From La Guardia International Airport:

Take Grand Central Parkway to Manhattan/NYC/Triboro Bridge (pay $3).
Continue to the left following sign to FDR Drive.
Take FDR Drive south to 42nd Street/United Nations exit.
Follow 42nd street west to 8th avenue and turn right.
Go straight to 44th street and 8th avenue.
The Milford Plaza is located on the right-hand side.

From Newark (NJ) International Airport:

Follow signs to New Jersey Turnpike, north (I-95) to Lincoln Tunnel.
Go through tunnel and follow signs to Uptown to 42nd Street.
Turn right, go up to 8th Avenue and make a left onto 8th Avenue.
The Milford Plaza is located on 44th street and 8th avenue.
